Is a Word file that fails to open properly

I have attached a word document that fails to open properly.  It is a
'certificate'.  Finding that it failed to open, the sender resent it as a PDF,
so it is no longer critical to us.  But clearly there is some issue that may
create problems for others.  I tried to open in 4.1.0, and then checking your
site I installed the latest version (4.1.1) to find it still would not load
properly.

This was on Version 4.1.1 on Windows 7. Sorry about that!

Tested the file attached, which did not work for me as well. So I messed around
with a few things in MS Word and see if they would still be there when viewed
in OO Writer.

I noticed any new or unique features on MS Word will not be viewable, which
includes any textbox, shape, or chart. It seems to me like images are the only
thing supported by OO Writer.
