Handling Apache Github PRs
Wanted to run this by dev@ about handling github PRs and Jira for Apache
projects.
Please see http://mahout.apache.org/developers/github.html
Aria Project should have similar instructions on the project website.
Also presently see that the github repo for Aria has a pointer to
ariatosca.org, you are expected to create a project website at
ariatosca.apache.org

I think we're all in favor of leveraging PRs, as it's what pretty much
everyone is used to nowadays.
I'll try to write some similar instructions soon.
Regarding the website, Arthur will look into it once he gets back from the
Openstack summit in Barcelona.

Not sure that I am following.. how else would you accept contributions for
github based projects if not via PRs.
Most other projects I am involved with have stopped accepting old svn-style
patches.

That's assuming aria wants to leverage PRs, they may not.
