Description：
This PR corrects the tar command in the Pulsar Manager installation guide.
- The original command used `tar -zxvf pulsar-manager.tar`, which incorrectly includes the `z` flag for a `.tar` file.
- The corrected command is `tar -xvf pulsar-manager.tar`, appropriate for extracting uncompressed tar archives.
This change ensures users can follow the installation instructions without encountering errors.
