[commons-net] FTPS support?

Hey all,
Would anyone happen to know if there is an open-source, java client that supports FTPS (that is, FTP with SSL support)?  I'm not talking about SFTP, FTP over SSH, but FTPS with the supporting security extensions.

If there are not any open source, any recommended commercial libraries?
