[jira] Created: (TAPESTRY-2248) Validate fields based on EJB annotations

Validate fields based on EJB annotations
----------------------------------------

                 Key: TAPESTRY-2248
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/TAPESTRY-2248
             Project: Tapestry
          Issue Type: New Feature
          Components: tapestry-hibernate
    Affects Versions: 5.0.10
            Reporter: Dan Adams
            Priority: Minor

Perform some kind of validation of fields based on EJB annotions. This actually seems like it should at least not be automatic as it could cause some unexpected behavior. What kind of validations can be infered other than @Column(optional=false) means it's required? (Came out of TAPESTRY-1318)
