Using encode/decode modules
While using MP1 I used URI::Escape to unescape and escape URIs.
Now I've noticed MP2 APR::Request has encode/unencode as subroutines
Should I stick to APR? I have to load it in my startup.pl file anyway.
It would
save the URI::Escape load. Is it the same, better worse?
TIA,
Boysenberry
