I open this issue to improve OFBiz on read only database. Currently just connect to a database with demo data, OFBiz generate some null pointer that return an error 500 to the user.

The first goal is run OFBiz without major exception and permit the navigation through the web interface.

The second goal would be improve the configuration on service engine to disable the job_sandbox process.
