[Summer-2021] Xu Weiyi week report 20210718

Tasks completed this week:
1. view and conclude from video 《Apache DolphinScheduler 架构演进 - eBay 阮文俊》
2. write a blog about the video and ask for a pull request, the relevant photo and blog.js have also been configured
3. put the blog on the wechat official account

Next week task plan:
1. Edit the previous blog
2. Write/organize a new document
