[ANNOUNCE] Apache Twill Twitter and IRC channel

Hi All,

Apache Twill (incubating) now has it's own Twitter handle:

  https://twitter.com/ApacheTwill

and IRC channel at #apachetwill at the irc.freenode.org server.

It will be used to communicate updates and news related to Apache
Twill (incubating) and Apache Hadoop applications development.

And the IRC channel hopefully could grow as the social lounge for
people to stop by and get quick questions answered.
Will get the website updated to reflect this information.

Hopefully we will get more exposure and adoption to help the Apache
Twill (incubating) project grows.
