I think this should be pretty far down the priority list until we get the JSP tier stabilized.

This will become particularly important as attachments become a concern of the ActionBeans, e.g.:

As of the current 3.0 pre-Alpha builds, progress bars don't work, but multiple file uploads are working nicely. The current upload page allows 3 file uploads at a time, but this could be easily extended.
