   **Is your enhancement request related to a problem? Please describe.**
   In debezium connector, there is no way to configure a subscription name for any reader that is created during its lifecycle.. thus, the subscription name comes as multiTopicsReader-XYZABC - i.e. a random suffix.
   
   Which is hard to manage in production env.
   
   **Describe the solution you'd like**
   Allow the subscription name and other reader configs configurable via new config options.
   
   **Describe alternatives you've considered**
   A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.
   
   **Additional context**
   Add any other context or screenshots about the feature request here.
