I was having trouble getting the latest and greatest Slide to run with Cocoon's
Slide block. I was getting a NPE on EmbeddedDomain initialization. Looking at
Domain and seeing how Namespace was being initialized there I found that the
order of loading the different configuration sections was slightly different.
Changing the order seems to have fixed my problem.
