HELP!building error of jetspeed 1.6--"OverwritePropertiesTask cannot be found"

Dear All:
I have been confused with the building problem of Jetspeed 1.6 for
several days. Hope anybody can help me!
I check out the Jetspeed project from cvs, and build with Jetspeed
plugin, such as:
    maven jetspeed:war
it report an building error like this:

Settings\cail3\.maven\cache\maven-jetspeed-plugin-1.3\plugin.jelly

taskdef class org.apache.jetspeed.util.ant.OverwritePropertiesTask
cannot be found

I tried everything I can do, but the error still appeared. Did any
people ever have the same question?

By the way, I was using J2sdk 1.4.2_08;  ant 1.6.5;  Maven1.0.2;
