Microsoft finally made available a properly free JDBC driver for MS SQL server: https://github.com/Microsoft/mssql-jdbc

We should support it in MetaModel! :-)

Off the top of my head, this should just be a matter of identifying the product name from the driver metadata and making sure that it maps to us using SqlServerQueryRewriter.
