[~sergey.soldatov], is this one close? I'm just looking at the current compilation issues on 5.x-HBase-2.0 and noticing that we have some TableName related issues (e.g. {{Admin#tableExists(String)}} was removed).

Might I suggest that if this is still far away from completion, we split up the work into two issues? 1) for the minimal String->TableName changes to unblock compilation 2) Converging Phoenix on TableName all around.
