bxeng and other wysiwygs

Hi,

first of all I would like to say, that bxeng work great in my publication. But 
I have one question: why couldn't  I use in some cases all tags, for example 
in tables (td) I could not select header tags. Only in source view I could 
add them. Is there a config file or something else?

Besides, wich other wysiwygs exists, especially for WinX?

I think the CSS is doing this, but I might be wrong.
