   I tried to build gRPC proxy with existing Camel route parameters and failed for all 3 streaming types: server streaming, cilent streaming and bidirectional streaming. 
   
   - For server streaming the main problem is accumulation of stream responses - client of proxy will get responses only after server will produce all stream. I think it is anacceptable for proxy.
   - For client streaming it just not works with any combination of parameters.
   - For bidirectional streaming we have combination of previous two problems.
   
   So i come up with solution - i added an ability to send responses manually to `StreamObserver`. 
   
   1. I used `routeControlledStreamObserver=true` to set `StreamObserver` as exchange property
   2. Then using `streamRepliesTo=` and `inheritExchangePropertiesForReplies=true` (new option) i propagate that `StreamObserver` to new reply-route
   3. And finally i added special kind of producer created by `toRouteControlledStreamObserver=true` (new option) that publish incoming exchanges as `onNext`, `onError` or `onCompleted` (depending on message header) to `StreamObserver` containing in exchange property.
   
   I provided examples in docs.
