Currently, only greater than (>) or greater than or equal to (>=) operators can be applied to last value queries. Other filters will cause an error like:
{code}
Error occurred in query process: Only '>' and '>=' are supported in LAST query
{code}

But the need to get the last value from a specific time range does exist.
