New committer: Andrea Pescetti

The Apache Corinthia PPMC announces the addition of committer
Andrea Pescetti, pescetti@ apache.org.  Andrea also joins the
Podling Project Management Committee (PPMC).

The list of all current podling committers, to which Andrea 
will be added, is maintained at:
<http://people.apache.org/committers-by-project.html#corinthia>.

Committers have a defined role in the workings of the Apache Software
Foundation: <http://www.apache.org/foundation/how-it-works.html>.

The PPMC also has a defined role in oversight of the project,
<http://incubator.apache.org/guides/ppmc.html>.

Andrea is already an ASF Committer and the Chair of the Apache
OpenOffice Project Management Committee.
