when does keep-alive 'reset'?

When using the httpclient sampler and keep-alive setting... when does it
close a connection? The last sampler to NOT have the checkbox marked?

Does the connection automatically reset at the end of a loop through a
thread? Is the state shared at all between threads?

Thx

Steve

Yes, unless the server initiates the close earlier.

No.

Not for the HttpClient sampler.

The Java sampler uses the JVM Http stack, which may share connections
between threads. I've no idea what it does internally, and it may vary
between JVMs.
