XAP Incubator Status Report:

2006-6-12 CCLA associated with code commit has been received by Apache
2006-6-19 All CLA have been received by Apache except for the recording
of one
2006-6-22 All critical infrastructures have been set up (SVN, email
lists, accounts, etc);
2006-6-22 Code committed and associated CCLA has been recorded
2006-6-23- Getting feedback from general list for doing supplemental IRC
meetings

We need to submit another status report as was done last month.  New
incubating projects (often referred to, affectionately, as 'podlings')
are required to submit a status report each of the first three months
in incubation.  After that the status reports are once per quarter
like all other ASF projects.

Any volunteers?  Would be good to get something out in the next 12
hours, if possible.  Can be relatively brief, but doesn't have to be
line items -- it's okay to write a few sentences on whatever
big-picture issues are going on.  The latest thoughts on the IRC issue
could be something to include this time.

It should end up getting posted to
http://wiki.apache.org/incubator/July2006 for Noel to include in his
Incubator report.  Normally this would all be done and submitted by
today (two days before board meeting), but I don't believe the
reminder ever made it to this list.  I'll try to be a backup reminder
with a little more notice next time.
