### Description
Now we have supported auto discovery monitoring service by http_sd -> Http Service Discovery Protocol.

Referring to prometheus, we can also support more service automatic discovery methods to meet different scenarios.

Ask a question, sd can get ip and port, in the case of http service discovery, there is still port input in the configuration, is there any consideration here? @tomsun28
