##### SUMMARY
<!-- Explain the problem/feature briefly -->
when migrating data from one image store to another the calulation for enough capacity uses the virtual size of the template instead of the footprint on disk to see if migration is possible.
##### STEPS TO REPRODUCE
<!--
For bugs, show exactly how to reproduce the problem, using a minimal test-case. Use Screenshots if accurate.
For new features, show how the feature would be used.
-->
<!-- Paste example playbooks or commands between quotes below -->
~~~
create an image store
add templates to the store that have a larger virtual size than real size.
create a second store of the same size as the first one, so that would be able to hold all the templates.
migrateSecondaryStorageData from the first to the second storage
even though the templates would fit, the system stops some of the templates with a large virtual size from being migrated
##### EXPECTED RESULTS
<!-- What did you expect to happen when running the steps above? -->
~~~
succesful migration
~~~
##### ACTUAL RESULTS
<!-- What actually happened? -->
<!-- Paste verbatim command output between quotes below -->
~~~
