[VOTE] Release Qpid Proton 0.10

Hi all,

I have put up an RC for 0.10, please test it and vote accordingly.

The release archive and sig/checksums can be grabbed from:
https://dist.apache.org/repos/dist/dev/qpid/proton/0.10-rc1/

Maven artifacts for the Java bits can be found in a temporary staging repo at:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapacheqpid-1040

Regards,
Robbie

Ok :(

Can other folks please still test this RC out for their use cases
while this issue is being investigated. Finding any other issues in
earlier builds can help speed the process by avoiding needless delay
on subsequent respins.

Also note that pointing issues out earlier may mean you actually get a
fix for it (in any respins) that might not make it otherwise. A -1 on
a release vote is not a veto, so if other votes are sufficient it may
still pass at the release managers discretion.

I had already prepared RC2 before I saw this. That said, I'd have
wanted someone more familiar with proton-c to look at it, so it
probably wouldnt have made it anyway. I'll see it gets attended to for
the next release (which I expect to be a reasonably quick 0.10.1) if
there arent further 0.10 respins.

Hi

is it possible to fix this tiny problem?
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/PROTON-899

It is a bit annoying when porting proton to exotic platform like OpenVMS.

Thanks,
