4.0.1 beta 1 tomorrow

Hi,

Unless someone disagrees, Tomcat 4.0.1 beta 1 will be released tomorrow
(Sunday 7th).

- No critical bug or security fix have been made since 4.0 final.
- Most must-fix bugs and spec compliance issues have been addressed. The
remaining bugs will be addressed before 4.0.1 final.
- Licensing issues with 4.0 have been addressed.
- Virtually all class loading problems with 4.0 should have been resolved.
- It is not known yet whether or not a beta 2 will be needed. It will mostly
depend on the feedback for beta 1.
