Problem with Travis emails needing moderation

I've tried allowing the emails to notifications, and I've subscribed
builds@travis-ci.org to the allow list, but Travis mails still need to
be moderated.

Looks like they are being sent with dynamic Return-Path headers.
I assume there must be a way to fix Travis mails, but I don't know
what it is ...

Or set up an email receiver which is a moderator for notifications@
and have that auto-reply to the Travis mails?

Looks like it might not be so easy:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-11080

For now, the notifications aren't useful; and they won't be until I
get the first success. So I suggest you let them expire.

After that, I can set up a scheme where they are emails to
notifications@whimsy-vm4.apache.org, which can receive the email, and
send it back out to the right place; meaning that we will only need to
whitelist whimv-vm4.
