Proposal: Consolidate the various pages about voting/deciding
We have four pages that discuss decision making, voting, consensus, and
so on.

https://community.apache.org/committers/voting.html
I could possibly see this being either one page, or two (with the first
three being one, and then voting being another?) but having four, with
largely overlapping content, is confusing.
I'd like to consolidate, but would like to hear opinions as to whether
this is one page or two (or some other answer) before I get started.
Still working on the last proposal, FYI, so this is still a ways out.
Or, maybe someone else can tackle it?

I agree there is too much overlap among the four pages, and would lean toward one page with decision making as the primary driver. Contents of the other pages could fit well into that page..

Aaaargh, and none of them even link to

IMO one page is best, make sure to refer to
https://www.apache.org/foundation/voting and avoid duplicating info
between them, and add redirects for deleted pages.
