This request has three components:

1) Setup http://www.apache.org/dist/incubator/nifi/

2) Add the following names to the 'nifi' unix group on people.apache.org if not already done
- joewitt
- tkurc
- markap14

3) Add 'nifi' deployer role for Nexus

Our podling is preparing its first release and in following through some release steps these appear to be necessary steps.  If this doesn't make any sense please advise and I'll try to get more context as much of this is very new to me.
