Currently, when output format is set to `text`, cmk response is as follows:
```

However, cloudmonkey versions < 6.0.0, displayed the output as follows:

This PR attempts to align to the output format as seen in older versions of cloudmonkey:

@Pearl1594 for testing purposes you may want to create a pre-rc build somewhere say https://download.cloudstack.org/testing/ and then give links for people to test.
