During the review for IMPALA-10551 it was noted that the result sink code would not play well with retry_failed_queries. Currently, it needs to be disabled to be compatible with external frontend implementations. Ideally I think it makes sense not to retry if result sink is enabled (or maybe for all queries originating from a external frontend)
