[jira] [Created] (SPARK-27092) Apply refactored pattern in ScalaReflection and JavaTypeInference to RowEncoder

Jungtaek Lim created SPARK-27092:
------------------------------------

Summary: Apply refactored pattern in ScalaReflection and JavaTypeInference to RowEncoder
                 Key: SPARK-27092
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/SPARK-27092
             Project: Spark
          Issue Type: Improvement
          Components: SQL
    Affects Versions: 3.0.0
            Reporter: Jungtaek Lim

In SPARK-22000 and SPARK-27001, we applied some refactoring between ScalaReflection and JavaTypeInference. After the work I realized RowEncoder has similar patterns, so it would be better to include RowEncoder to this boundary of refactoring and let it work together.
