SVN spontaneously corrupting JAR files?

Hi all:

I am running into a strange problem.

Two of my JAR files are becoming corrupted spontaneously, for no apparent reason.  The JARs in question: trunk\netui\docs\external\xalan241.jar and C:\dev-apache\beehive\trunk\netui\docs\tools\lib\jsp\jsptagrefdoclet.jar.

SVN is saying that xalan241.jar has been "modified"...but I haven't changed it at all.

Does anyone know what is going on here?
