> Page refresh of Add Service Wizard Step 1 causes issues. JS error is thrown after a while: {{Uncaught Changing a view's elementId after creation is not allowed.}}. After that:
> - if no new services are selected, 'Next' button doesn't become enabled after checking any of them;
> - if some new services were already selected and then user checks some more ones, the services selected after JS error is thrown aren't passed to the next wizard step;
