new PMC members: Torsten Schlabach and J. Wolfgang Kaltz

The Project Management Committee (PMC) for Apache Lenya
has asked Torsten Schlabach and J. Wolfgang Kaltz to become new members
of the PMC. Both have accepted and are now subscribed to the PMC list.

Being PMC members enables them to assist with the
management and to guide the direction of the project.

Torsten Schlabach has assisted with development of many new Lenya
components like cforms integration, etc...

J. Wolfgang Kaltz has added LDAP support to Lenya and is as well
actively developing new components.

Both are heavily helping as well to enhance the lenya documentation.
