httpd 2.0.52-rc1 is running on minotaur

If anyone observes any misbehavior please let pmc@httpd.apache.org
know about it!  This release replaces 2.0.51, which introduced some
rather nasty flaws around the Satisfy security directive, and we
are working for a more solid release this time round.
