[ANN] Apache Karaf 2.3.12 and 2.4.4 released

Hi all,

The Karaf team is pleased to announce Karaf 2.3.12 and 2.4.4 releases:

These releases are the latest ones for the Karaf 2.x series, including 
the last fixes and improvements on these branches. Now, Karaf 2.x will 
go in "Non Active" mode, and we encourage all users to upgrade to more 
recent Karaf version.
