Additional attribute to project ?

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a 'priority' attribute to project, to
affect the sort order ? I have the patch for Jenny - the behavior
is very simple, if a <project> has this attribute it'll be placed
at the top of the list ( sorted by priority ).

The current sorter gives priority to projects with the most
dependents, then alphabetical. This change would allow finer 
control on the order.
