After Installing

I've installed the Apache HTTP for windows application. 
1).    Where do I get the main page that come up when I browse on my I.P
address.
2).    Can I call my I.P address something else or do I need my domain
registered before I can do This.
3).    Any help please on starting after installing will be appreciated.
