When a replica cluster is promoted to becoming the new active cluster, the active.cluster.suffix.id file is not updated to include the hbase.meta.table.suffix of the new active cluster.

I have also noticed the active.cluster.suffix.id file does not get removed when the active cluster is converted to a replica cluster.
