The attached patch is an attempt to update the muse source to use the axis2-1.4.1 release.  I'm not sure how to generate the OSGi related stuff.  I exploded the axis2.zip and common.zip from the 2.2.0 distribution and then hand generated those with the 1.4.1 updated jars.  According to Chris Twiner, the JDK 1.4 compiler is needed for J2ME compatibility.  I modified the pom files to only use 1.5 source and target for the axis2 related stuff, everything else uses 1.4 by default.
