Eclipse Plugin tidy up

Just to let you know I've done a tidy up on the Eclipse plugin (removing
old/unused dependencies etc) and I've also got the PDE tests working, and
running as part of the Maven build. :)

It should all build ok, I've tested it on Windows and Linux with a clean
Maven repository and its all worked fine, but if anyone tries a build and
runs into problems, please shout.
