Actually, some build process which is done in {{zeppelin-web}} for production is not necessary in some cases. 

For example

- we don't need to minify for CI build. 

The problem is, building zeppelin-web takes so much time considering total build time. we can reduce it by introducing new profile which doesn't do minify, ...
