IE 6, Tomcat 4, Cocoon 1.8

Running the application under Tomcat 4 using cocoon 1.8, and the client
as IE6 will NOT generate the PDF report.
Changing IE6 to IE 5.5, or Tomcat 4 to Tomcat 3.2 will solve the problem
!!!!\

What's going on here ???
