XGC 1.5rc1 & FOP 1.1rc1 Published

I have published XGC 1.5rc1 [1] and FOP 1.1rc1 [2], respectively, at:

   - http://www.us.apache.org/dist/xmlgraphics/fop/

With the exception of last modified time, these are exact copies of what
was posted on 24-Jun-12 for review and vote under
http://people.apache.org/~gadams/candidates. These will show up on the
other mirrors in due time.

In addition, I published the site, commons, and fop documentation that
correspond to these tags. It will take a few hours to rsync these changes
with the public apache servers.
