   ### What problem does this feature solve?
   
   #7450
   #17756 
   1、设置borderWidth，在背景底色是渐变色或这其他图片下，无法满足需求
   2、设置假数据间隙传入饼图，会有1同样的问题，而且间隙是带弧度的
   3、设置series-pie.data.selected为true, 只有在数据源为2项时会有一个间隙，且间隙大小无法控制？
   总之没有这方面特别完善的间隔机制，没有考虑过这饼图间距么，事实上这个需求非常常见并不冷门

   没有类似饼图间隙参数
