Upload service problem

Hi friends I want to use the upload service provided with TDK.  
Ii has a bug and the uploaded file shows 0 bytes. I know that there is a
patch for it. Can anybody tell where I can get the patch ? Also I want
that my file should be saved in its original  name not uploaded.file.


Can anybody help ?
