1. A old user, (who created the user account when only pga existed) logs in to PGA
2. Clicks User Settings --> Compute Resources 
3. Or Clicks User Settings --> Storage Resources 
4. Throws exception "Undefined index: 5f3e5fab-eb63-494e-a03b-2911e1f03b89"
