The solution for Bug 11525 also seems to work here as well. I think it boils
down to enabling C++ language extensions.
I'm building in 32-bit mode on WinXP Home against STLPort 4.6.1 using
VC6.0/SP5 and the latest Microsoft SDK (I think it's called the "February 2003
SDK").
