Torque Question

Hello,

 

In my schema.xml file, do I define "cross-reference" tables that resolve
many-to-many joins into a set of 1-to-many joins, or will Torque create them
for me automagically?

 

In other words, if Order has many-to-many relationship with Item, do I
explicitly define a table Order_Item, or will Torque handle that for me.
