TCK Problem With jaxrpc/ee/sec tests ?

The six jaxrpc/ee/sec tests use RI generated locator classes to get the
stubs.  The  com.sun.ts.tests.jaxrpc.ee.sec.secbasic.Client.java
has direct references to BasicAuthServiceTestService1_Impl,
BasicAuthServiceTestService2_Impl and BasicAuthServiceTestService3_Impl.

Axis generates "Locator" classes not "_Impl" classes.

The names of the service locator classes are not defined in JSR 101.

Could someone verify that this is a problem.
